Chappy is a Border Collie Puppy, in the photos he was only 8 weeks old so his owner chose a 16mm webbing/ribbon which was perfect for him, at 16 weeks old he had grown an awful lot and was being walked on the lead so I was instructed to make a wider 1" collar for him in a 12" - 16" which was perfect.
